Terms of use

What this site is

An information site for Metro Smoke Shops, LLC, trading as Metro Smoke Shop at our shop in Mount Dora, Florida. Nothing is sold, ordered, reserved or shipped through it.

Age

21+ only. Valid ID required. See the age policy.

Stock and accuracy

Product listings describe the range we carry, not a guarantee that a specific item is on the shelf today. Stock changes daily. Call the shop before making a trip for one particular thing.

No prices

Deliberately, there are no prices anywhere on this site. Ask at the counter or call.

No advice

Nothing on this site is medical, legal or health advice, and nothing here describes what any product does to a person. If you have a health question, ask a doctor rather than a smoke shop.

Brand names

Brand and product names are the trademarks of their owners and are used here to describe what we stock. Their use does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or authorised-dealer relationship unless we say so explicitly.

Links out

We link to Google Maps, our Google listing and our social profiles. What happens on those services is governed by their terms, not ours.
