- What time do you open and close?
- Open 7 days, 10 AM – 10 PM. Seven days a week, including Sunday. We don't shut for lunch.
- Where exactly are you?
- 2724 W Old US Hwy 441, Mount Dora, FL 32757, in Mount Dora Plaza Shopping Center on the north side of Old 441. Free parking right outside the door.
- Do I need ID?
- Yes, every visit. 21+ only. Valid ID required. We check everybody, every time — it isn't personal and it isn't a judgement about how old you look.
- Can I buy from you online?
- No. This shop is a walk-in counter — there's no cart on this site and nothing ships from here. Call us and we'll tell you what's in.
- Can you hold something for me?
- Call (352) 735-8583 and ask. We'll put it behind the counter with your name on it for the day.
- Do you have my coil / my bowl / the right downstem?
- Probably — but bring the device in with you. Joint sizes and coil threads are much easier to match on the counter than described over the phone.
- Do you sell cigars?
- Yes — singles and boxes, plus cutters and accessories. The selection in the shop is wider than anything listed online.
- Do you carry hemp products?
- Hemp products are kept behind the counter. 21+, ID required, and staff will show you what's there. We don't discuss effects or strengths online — come in and ask.
- Do you price-match?
- Ask at the counter. We price fairly to begin with rather than running a match policy, but if you've seen something cheaper locally, say so.
- What if you don't have what I want?
- We'll usually order it. Most things land within the week, and we'll tell you straight if it's something we can't get.
