RAW is the line most people come in asking for by name, and it is the one we keep deepest.

The papers are made in Alcoy, Spain, where paper has been made since the 1700s, and they are unbleached — that is the whole idea behind the brand. Hold a leaf up to the light and you will see the criss-cross watermark, which is there to slow runs and keep a cone burning evenly rather than racing up one side.

The three lines are genuinely different, not marketing. Classic is the original unbleached paper. Organic Hemp is made from hemp rather than wood pulp and burns a touch slower. Black is pressed thinner than either — the thinnest paper RAW makes — which is a different smoking experience and not automatically the one you want if you roll loosely.
