Honeybee Herb in Mount Dora, FL

Honeybee Herb is quartz, and quartz is the part of a rig that people replace.

They make bangers, terp slurpers, carb caps and the small quartz components that sit between a rig and whatever you are doing with it. The material matters — quartz holds heat differently from glass or titanium, and a thicker bucket behaves differently from a thin one.

This is the single most measurement-dependent purchase in the shop. A banger has three variables that all have to match your rig: joint size (10mm, 14mm or 18mm), gender (male or female) and angle (45 or 90 degrees). Get any one of them wrong and the piece is useless to you. There is no adjusting it afterwards.

So bring the rig. Not a photograph, not the measurements from memory — the actual piece. Someone at the counter will hold the joint against the banger and you will both see immediately whether it seats. This takes a minute and saves a return trip that cannot always be refunded once a part has been fitted.
